Caviar & Crackers

Pair shelf-stable caviar with artisanal crackers and a touch of canned crème fraîche or cream cheese.

Ingredients:

  • Artisanal crackers (such as water crackers or crispbread)

  • Shelf-stable caviar (black or red, depending on preference)

  • Canned crème fraîche or cream cheese

  • Dried chives or dill (optional, for garnish)

  • A drizzle of truffle oil (optional, for added depth)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the base – Arrange the crackers on a serving platter.
  2. Add the crème fraîche – Spoon a small amount of canned crème fraîche or cream cheese onto each cracker.

  3. Top with caviar – Carefully place a small portion of shelf-stable caviar on top of the crème layer.

  4. Garnish beautifully – Sprinkle dried chives or dill for an elegant touch.

  5. Optional enhancement – For extra luxury, lightly drizzle a drop of truffle oil over each bite.

 

Serving Tip: This works beautifully on a sleek black platter with gold accents for a truly upscale presentation.
