Charcuterie-Style Jarred Peppers & Smoked Oysters

Blend canned olives and sundried tomatoes for a gourmet spread.

  • 1 cup jarred roasted red peppers, sliced

  • 1 can smoked oysters, drained

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

  • ½ tsp fresh thyme leaves

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • Crackers or toasted baguette

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the peppers: Slice jarred roasted red peppers into thin strips.

  2. Dress the oysters: In a small bowl, toss smoked oysters with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, thyme, salt, and pepper.

  3. Assemble the plate: Arrange roasted red peppers and smoked oysters on a serving platter.

  4. Serve & enjoy: Pair with crackers or toasted baguette for a delicious charcuterie-style appetizer.
