Truffle Honey & Aged Cheese Crostini

Blend canned olives and sundried tomatoes for a gourmet spread.

  • 1 baguette or crispbread

  • 6 oz aged cheese (Parmigiano Reggiano, Gruyère, or sharp Cheddar)

  • 2 tbsp truffle honey

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • Fresh rosemary, for garnish (optional)

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Toast the bread: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange baguette slices or crispbread on a baking sheet, brush with olive oil, and toast for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.

  2. Prepare the cheese: Slice or shave aged cheese into thin pieces.

  3. Assemble the crostini: Place cheese slices on each toasted bread piece.

  4. Drizzle with truffle honey: Spoon a small amount of truffle honey over the cheese.

  5. Garnish & serve: Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and fresh rosemary if desired. Serve immediately.
