Instructions:

Toast the bread: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange baguette slices or crispbread on a baking sheet, brush with olive oil, and toast for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.

Prepare the cheese: Slice or shave aged cheese into thin pieces.

Assemble the crostini: Place cheese slices on each toasted bread piece.

Drizzle with truffle honey: Spoon a small amount of truffle honey over the cheese.

Garnish & serve: Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and fresh rosemary if desired. Serve immediately.
