Artisan Olive & Sundried Tomato Tapenade
Blend canned olives and sundried tomatoes for a gourmet spread.

1 cup canned black or green olives, drained

½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, packed in oil

2 tbsp olive oil
-
1 tbsp lemon juice
-
1 clove garlic, minced
-
1 tbsp capers
-
¼ cup fresh basil, chopped

Salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions:

Blend the ingredients: In a food processor, combine olives, sun-dried tomatoes, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and capers. Pulse until finely chopped but still slightly chunky.

Adjust seasoning: Stir in fresh basil, salt, and pepper to taste.

Serve & enjoy: Spread on toasted bread, crackers, or use as a topping for grilled meats or pasta.
