Artisan Olive & Sundried Tomato Tapenade 

Blend canned olives and sundried tomatoes for a gourmet spread.

  • 1 cup canned black or green olives, drained

  • ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, packed in oil

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp capers

  • ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Blend the ingredients: In a food processor, combine olives, sun-dried tomatoes, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and capers. Pulse until finely chopped but still slightly chunky.

  2. Adjust seasoning: Stir in fresh basil, salt, and pepper to taste.

  3. Serve & enjoy: Spread on toasted bread, crackers, or use as a topping for grilled meats or pasta.
