Fig & Prosciutto Rolls 

Wrap shelf-stable prosciutto around dried figs for a sweet-savory contrast.

  • 12 slices prosciutto

  • 12 dried figs, halved

  • ¼ cup fig preserves (optional, for extra sweetness)

  • ½ cup soft goat cheese (or Brie)

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • Fresh thyme, for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the figs: If using fig preserves, spread a small amount inside each halved dried fig.

  2. Add cheese: Spoon a small amount of goat cheese or Brie into each fig.

  3. Wrap with prosciutto: Gently wrap each fig half with a slice of prosciutto.

  4. Drizzle with honey: Arrange on a serving platter and lightly drizzle with honey.

  5. Garnish & serve: Sprinkle with fresh thyme if desired, and serve immediately.
