Instructions:

Prepare the figs: If using fig preserves, spread a small amount inside each halved dried fig.

Add cheese: Spoon a small amount of goat cheese or Brie into each fig.

Wrap with prosciutto: Gently wrap each fig half with a slice of prosciutto.

Drizzle with honey: Arrange on a serving platter and lightly drizzle with honey.

Garnish & serve: Sprinkle with fresh thyme if desired, and serve immediately.
