Instructions:

Toast the bread: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet, brush with olive oil, and toast for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.

Prepare the Brie: Spread a generous layer of Brie on each toasted slice.

Add the black garlic: Spoon a small amount of mashed black garlic over the Brie.

Bake briefly: Return crostini to the oven for 2-3 minutes to slightly warm the Brie.

Season & serve: Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and fresh thyme if desired. Serve warm.
