Black Garlic & Aged Cheese Polenta
Instant polenta, jarred black garlic, and finely grated aged cheese.
Instructions:

Sauté the black garlic: Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add minced black garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Prepare the polenta: Pour in the broth and bring to a boil. Gradually whisk in the instant polenta, stirring constantly to prevent lumps.

Simmer & thicken: Reduce heat to low and cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring frequently, until the polenta is creamy.

Add cheese & milk: Stir in the grated aged cheese and milk (if using). Mix until smooth and well combined.

Season & serve: Adjust salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
