Sweet & Savory Date Rolls

Roll dried dates in crushed nuts and drizzle with balsamic glaze for an upscale touch.

  • 1 cup dried dates, pitted

  • ½ cup mixed nuts (walnuts, almonds, or pistachios), finely crushed

  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze

  • 1 tbsp honey (optional, for extra sweetness)

  • Sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the dates: Slice each date open lengthwise and remove the pit.

  2. Roll in nuts: Press each date into the crushed nuts, ensuring they are well coated.

  3. Drizzle with balsamic glaze: Arrange the coated dates on a serving platter and drizzle with balsamic glaze.

  4. Add finishing touches: Sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt and a drizzle of honey if desired.

  5. Serve & enjoy: These make a perfect appetizer or snack!
