Black Garlic & Walnut Tapenade
Combine jarred black garlic with walnuts and olive oil for an umami-packed spread.

2 cloves black garlic, mashed

½ cup walnuts, toasted

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp lemon juice
-
1 tsp capers
-
½ tsp fresh thyme leaves

Salt & pepper
Instructions:

Blend the ingredients: In a food processor, combine black garlic, walnuts, olive oil, lemon juice, capers, thyme, salt, and pepper. Pulse until smooth but slightly chunky.

Adjust seasoning: Taste and adjust salt, pepper, or lemon juice as needed.

Serve & enjoy: Spread on toasted bread, crackers, or use as a topping for grilled meats or pasta.
