Charcuterie-Style Jarred Peppers & Smoked Oysters
Plate jarred roasted red peppers with canned smoked oysters for a rich pairing.

1 cup jarred roasted red peppers, sliced

1 can smoked oysters, drained

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

½ tsp fresh thyme leaves

Salt & pepper, to taste

Crackers or toasted baguette
Instructions:

Prepare the peppers: Slice jarred roasted red peppers into thin strips.
